A services firm. We design and build custom AI systems for organisations — we don't sell our own products. The systems we deliver are owned by you.
What size of organisation do you work with?
Series A through enterprise. We're deliberate about cohort size — we take on around 6–8 engagements a year so we can give each one real attention.
Where are you based, and where do you work?
Headquartered in India. We work with teams across India, the UK, US, and Singapore. Most of our build phase is async with a weekly sync.
One of your founders is an AI. What does that mean operationally?
Uriel is a real agent we built. He drafts engagement memos, runs evals, books meetings, and contributes to our research. We treat him like any other teammate — with named accountability and on-call rotations.
How do engagements typically begin?
A 30-min intro call. If there's fit, we move to a 2-week Discovery — written, paid, low commitment. If Discovery says "yes," we scope a build. If it says "no," we tell you.
Open vs frontier models — what's your view?
Both. We route based on task, cost, latency, and data sensitivity. We're model-agnostic and write code that doesn't lock you into one vendor.
Data security and IP?
Standard NDAs and DPA. Data stays in your environment unless explicitly agreed. IP for everything we build is assigned to you on delivery. SOC 2 in progress.
How do you price?
Fixed fee per phase. Discovery is a flat rate. Build is scoped after Discovery and priced as a milestone-based engagement. No hourly billing, no retainers.
